The 18th Typhoon has been striking Japan from west to north-east. All transportations has been suspended before noon. Some of Shinkansen and air planes will restarted their schedule as soon as possible in Great Kanto area or West Japan. Tohoku area has been still in the area of Typhoon. You might not move by any transportations, they are suspended. In Hokkaido, all transportations are on schedule. There will be no flooding such as on Sep, 11. But, if you are about to go to east Hokkaido, Obihiro, Kushirio, Nemuro and Shiretoko, you have to watch weather report often. It might be raining.
