Obihiro Ice Festival is held in the beginning of February. There are many ice sculptures, snow statues and snow slider for kids. There are three sites, Midorigaoka Park, Hirokoji, Yumenokita Hiroba. This is the biggest festival of Obihiro city in the winter.
