Sapporo White Illumination started in 1981, which has been one of the biggest event of illumination in Japan. At the Odori Park, there are many wired-frame statue lined with LEDs. After this event, it turns to Sapporo Snow Festival. Odori park is going to be crowded with many people all the winter.
