This is a symbol tree of Otaru Snow Story(小樽ゆき物語). Its height is 4 meter and 200 glass floats lightening. The Glass Float Tree will be placed on the water of Otaru Canal in the term of Otaru Yuki Akari no Michi. There is also Wine Glass Tower, which is the new symbol in the winter of Otaru city.
