Tsuzuku means ‘go on’ in Japanese. Sapporo Area in 2112. Covered with perpetual snow due to regional cooling, Sapporo became to be the evacuation zone. After several decades, Sapporo is no longer the big city than the former one. In spite of reconstructing efforts, they can’t find the cause of cooling any more and don’t know it ends. Then the TV crews from Tokyo come and one of them, a director Kobayashi enters the former ruined theatre. He finds some script and makes some suggestion to them for making a performance at the theatre…
